I have been studying and/or working in the mental health field for nearly fifteen years and have been providing psychological services since 2016. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Michigan and contracted with PSYPACT, meaning I am authorized to perform telehealth services in an additional 39 states.

I graduated with my doctorate in clinical psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2023. Prior to graduate school, I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Throughout my training I have worked in diverse clinical settings, including community mental health agencies, an inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics, schools, and private practice. I also have a strong research background, having co-authored several articles in academic journals as well as my master’s thesis and dissertation.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and 9-year-old daughter Abigail. Abby was born twelve weeks before I started graduate school, so I know too well the challenges of raising a child while managing a demanding profession!

I was born and raised in Michigan and love the Great Lakes, taking walks outside, true crime podcasts, and of course my three cats!
